  • 125 g Snøfrisk® Original
  • 600 ml cream
  • 1 cups fresh or canned mushrooms
Here is how you do it

Heat the cream and Snofrisk. Brown the fresh mushrooms in a little butter and add to the soup, or if using canned mushrooms, add them just before serving.

The liquid from the canned mushrooms can be added to the soup for extra flavour. Add salt and pepper to taste.
