This delicious soup contains just broccoli, water and salt! Nevertheless, it is packed with essential vitamins and minerals.
Here is how you do it
Wash the broccoli and chop it into even florets.
Place the broccoli in a pan of water. Bring to the boil and leave to simmer until the broccoli is soft, 5-7 minutes.
Run the soup through a blender or use a stick blender until it is completely smooth, approx. 2 minutes. Season with salt.
Top the soup with Snøfrisk® and chopped walnuts.
