  • 1 pounds tagliatelle 
  • 1/4 cups cream
  • 1/3 cups fresh parmesan, finely grated
  • 1 cups bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 scallion
  • 4.4 oz Snøfrisk® Wild Garlic
  • 4.4 oz Snøfrisk® Red Onion and Thyme
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • Fresh herbs
Here is how you do it

Boil the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente, as instructed on the package. Mix the cream and parmesan together. Fry the bacon, onions, and garlic in a frying pan. Pour the cream over and let it simmer lightly. Drain the pasta in a colander and pour it into the pan. Stir well. Season with salt (remember that the bacon may be salty enough) and freshly ground black pepper. Fold in the Snøfrisk® and serve the dish topped with a raw egg. Guests mix the egg on their plates into their own dishes. Garnish with fresh herbs.
