Snøfrisk® Natural Semi-hard

Snøfrisk® Semi Hard Cheese is made from pasteurized goat’s milk, salt, microbial rennet and culture. This cheese has a character all its own and a fantastic taste that is pure, mild and rounded. It has a creamy consistency, but can also be easily cut and sliced. Each and every wheel of Snøfrisk® is carefully hand-painted with a protective natural white coating – a process that takes several days. The cheese is then matured for three months before being sent out for the world to enjoy. Snøfrisk® is incredibly versatile, but may be best enjoyed sliced on bread or with crackers or bagels. Try it marinated, as part of a cheeseboard, in salads, or on top of pasta. It is also great for cooking, particularly in a raclette or hot sandwiches or as an ingredient in sauces.

Snøfrisk® Wild Garlic

Snøfrisk® Wild Garlic is one of our delicious flavoured products. This mild cheese is fantastic when combined with ramsons, which is a type of onion that smells and tastes a little like garlic, but is milder and more rounded. The flavour is often described as a mixture of garlic and chives. Try it on its own on a slice of bread or a cracker, or with some avocado. Add a little of the cheese to the top of oven-baked vegetables, or for an easy pasta dish simply stir a cup of Snøfrisk® Wild Garlic into freshly cooked pasta.

Snøfrisk® Original

Snøfrisk® Original is an extremely versatile cream cheese. It has a mild, rounded taste and makes a great sandwich filling or topping. It can also be used as an ingredient when cooking or baking. Enjoy it on its own or combine it with your favourite foods, such as raspberries, garlic, horseradish, chives or juniper berries. There are countless possibilities.
