Pasta with Snøfrisk®

In addition to being a delicious pasta dish, this recipe is also super easy to make. In fact, it’s so easy that perhaps it shouldn’t be called cooking. Perfect for throwing together as a light lunch or dinner on a warm summer’s day. Recipe by Linnéa Seidel from

  • 2 portions of fresh spaghetti
  • 250 g Snøfrisk® Wild Garlic
  • 50 ml milk
  • 100 ml chopped, fresh wild garlic
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • cherry tomatoes
Here is how you do it

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.

Mix together the cream cheese and milk in a saucepan. Stir until everything is well mixed. Bring the sauce to the boil. Add the finely chopped wild garlic (or parsley and chives), keeping some back for a garnish. Season the sauce with salt, black pepper and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Stir the freshly cooked pasta into the sauce until thoroughly coated. Spoon onto plates. Top the pasta with halved cherry tomatoes. Finish by sprinkling with a little wild garlic and black pepper. Serve immediately.
