Ingredients
  • 4 Servings
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 loaf of artisan sourdough bread
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • Some lettuce, rinsed
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • Herbs, e.g., parsley, thyme, basil, or tarragon
  • 4.4 oz Snøfrisk® Original
  • Salt and pepper
Here is how you do it

Brown the chicken breast in a frying pan on both sides, season with salt and pepper, and bake in the oven for approx. 9 minutes at 320 °F.  Fry the bacon until crispy and place it on a paper towel to remove the grease. Toast the bread in the pan using the bacon grease. Mix the mayonnaise, the Snøfrisk®, and the desired herbs together. Slice the chicken breast and place on the sandwich, together with lettuce, tomato, and the Snøfrisk® mayonnaise.
