Ingredients

    Base

  • 250 g crumbled biscuits
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 50 g almond flakes

    Cream

  • 250 g Snøfrisk® Original
  • 300 ml whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod or good vanilla sugar

    In between and on top

  • Tinned clementines
  • Redcurrants
  • Pomegranate seeds
Here is how you do it

Crumble biscuits and mix with almonds and melted butter.

Then fill dessert glasses with the dough as a base, topping it with a thick layer of clementine wedges.

Whip Snøfrisk®, whipping cream, sugar and the pulp of a vanilla pod into a cream, then spread over the clementines.

Garnish each glass with currants and pomegranate seeds.
