  • 1/2 cups butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 egg


  • 3 lemons
  • 1 cups butter, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 5 large eggs
  • 4.4 oz Snøfrisk® Original
  • 1/2 lemon, zest finely grated
Here is how you do it

Base: Mix all ingredients in a food processor until a dough is formed. Press the dough into a tart pan and chill for 20 minutes. Bake the base at 400 °F for approx. 10 minutes. 

Filling: Press the lemons. Put the lemon juice, butter, sugar, eggs, and lemon zest in a saucepan and set on a low heat. Whisk continuously until the mixture begins to thicken, and then add Snøfrisk®. Pour the filling in the tart shell and bake at 250 °F for 10 minutes. Cool before serving.
