  • 3 tbsp Snøfrisk® Original
  • 300 ml whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar
Here is how you do it

Whisk the cream until it has a whipped cream texture and gently fold inn the Snøfrisk®, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla sugar. Freeze for at least 3 hours.

Serve sliced or in scoops with fresh fruit and / or berry sauce.
