  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 8.8 oz Snøfrisk® Original
  • 3/4 cups plus 1 tablespoon whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups cold strong coffee
  • 4 tbsp Amaretto (almond liqueur)
  • 40 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for serving
Here is how you do it

Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until fluffy, then fold in the Snøfrisk®. Whip the cream and fold into the beaten eggs. Place the coffee and Amaretto in a bowl and stir until mixed. Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the mixture and place them into a suitable dish. Spread a layer of the cream onto the ladyfingers, then place a new layer of ladyfingers on top and finish with a layer of cream. 

Let chill for at least 3 hours before serving. When serving sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa powder.
