With the rich and satisfying flavour of Snøfrisk® cream cheese and bacon, this simple spaghetti dish is sure to become a favourite.
Here is how you do it
Cook the spaghetti as indicated on the pack.
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Chop up the bacon and fry it in a pan. Add the garlic and cook for a little longer.
Crumble in the chicken stock cube and add the water and cream. Bring to the boil and add the Snøfrisk®. Stir until the cheese has dissolved.
Stir in the tomato and thyme leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the pasta and sauce, heat through and serve immediately.
TIP: To make this everyday meal more healthy, choose wholewheat spaghetti instead of the white variety.
