Pasta spirals with red onion, bacon and Snøfrisk® cream cheese

We still need to eat even when we don’t have much time to spare. This tasty pasta dish with delicious bacon, red onion and tangy Snøfrisk® cream cheese is a perfect option when time is short.

  • 400 g pasta spirals
  • 150 g bacon, in pieces
  • 2 red onions, in rings
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 0,5 tsp salt
  • 0,25 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 125 g Snøfrisk® Natural
Here is how you do it

Cook the pasta spirals as indicated on the pack.

TIP: Use wholewheat pasta if you wish.

Fry the bacon until crispy in a frying pan. Remove the bacon from the pan, and add the onion and garlic to the pan.

Sizzle over a medium heat until the onion is soft. Season with salt, pepper and thyme.

Drain the pasta and stir in the Snøfrisk®, onion and bacon. Serve.

TIP: Coarse rye bread with spreadable cheese is an excellent accompaniment.
