A slightly different, but very tasty omelette with apple and Snøfrisk® cream cheese. The recipe makes 4 omelettes.
Peel the apple and cut into thin wedges. Melt a knob of the butter in a frying pan and fry the apple wedges until soft and golden. Set them aside on a plate.
Beat the eggs, water and salt together.
Melt a knob of the butter in the frying pan until sizzling. Pour in a little of the egg mixture. Cook the omelette by pushing the cooked section in towards the middle so that any remaining runny mixture comes into direct contact with the pan.
Once the omelette is almost cooked, you can add a few pieces of apple and a little of the cheese. Fold it in half and turn it out onto a plate. Repeat the process to make the other omelettes.
