Snøfrisk

Snøfrisk was launched at the Olympic Games at Lillehammer in 1994. It is a mild goat's cheese with a fresh but tangy taste.

Snøfrisk is a white, unripened creamcheese which is easy to spread. The cheese is made from 80% goat's milk and 20% cow's cream, with only 1.5% salt added. It is available in a number of varieties, some of which have other delicious ingredients added, such as dill.

Usage

Snøfrisk is ideal for cheesecakes and dips. It is perfect for cheeseboards and great in sandwiches, on crispbread or on biscuits. Be inspired by our Snøfrisk  recipes in our recipes section.
