In addition to being a delicious pasta dish, this is also super easy to make. In fact, it’s so easy that perhaps it shouldn’t be called cooking. Perfect for throwing together as a light lunch or dinner on a warm summer’s day. Recipe by Linnéa Seidel from linneasskafferi.se.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Mix together the cream cheese and milk in a saucepan. Stir until everything is well mixed. Bring the sauce to the boil. Add the finely chopped wild garlic (or parsley and chives), keeping some back for a garnish. Season the sauce with salt, black pepper and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Stir the freshly cooked pasta into the sauce until thoroughly coated. Spoon onto plates. Top the pasta with halved cherry tomatoes. Finish by sprinkling with a little wild garlic and black pepper. Serve immediately.
