Instagram Fitness Guru @jan_koerbeeeer: I used Snøfrisk® as an alternative to cream or crème fraîche and was pleasantly surprised. The special flavour of the Snøfrisk® meant I didn't have to season the sauce at all. The nutritional values of the dish are better now, too, and it tasted absolutely great. I can warmly recommend it.
Cook the wholemeal spirelli to taste for about 10 minutes. At the same time, heat half a tube of tomato paste with a little olive oil and 200 ml of water – then mix with half to 3/4 of a pack of Snøfrisk® Red Onion & Thyme. At the same time, fry a good handful of pine nuts in a pan. Finally, add the pasta to the sauce, then add mozzarella balls and tomatoes, pine nuts and sprinkle on the basil.
