Brown the chicken breast in a frying pan on both sides, season with salt and pepper, and bake in the oven for approx. 9 minutes at 160 °C. Fry the bacon until crispy and place it on a paper towel to remove the grease. Toast the bread in the pan using the bacon grease. Mix the mayonnaise, the Snøfrisk®, and the desired herbs together. Slice the chicken breast and place on the sandwich, together with lettuce, tomato, and the Snøfrisk® mayonnaise.
