  • 2 eggs
  • Flour
  • Panko bread crumbs
Here is how you do it

Cut off the top on the pimentos and save them. Carefully remove the white ribs and seeds from each pimento. Fill a piping bag with Snøfrisk® and fill the pimentos and put the tops you saved earlier back on.

Bread the pimentos in the following order: flour - beaten eggs - panko. Use a lot of egg and panko, especially on the tops, to prevent leakage. Deep fry at 180°C until crispy and serve.
