  • 400 g tagliatelle 
  • 50 ml cream
  • 75 g fresh parmesan, finely grated
  • 200 g bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 spring onion
  • 125 g Snøfrisk® Red Onion & Thyme
  • 125 g Snøfrisk® Wild Ramson Garlic
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • Fresh herbs
Here is how you do it

Boil the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente, as instructed on the package. Mix the cream and parmesan together. Fry the bacon, onions, and garlic in a frying pan. Pour the cream over and let it simmer lightly. Drain the pasta in a colander and add it to the pan. Mix thoroughly. Season with salt (remember that the bacon may be salty enough) and freshly ground black pepper. Fold in the Snøfrisk® and serve the dish topped with a raw egg. Guests mix the egg into their own dishes. Garnish with fresh herbs.
