Doughnuts filled with raspberries and Snøfrisk®

  • 30 g yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2.5 dl milk
  • 60 g softened butter
  • 60 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • Shortening or oil for frying
  • Sugar mixed with cinnamon and cardamom
  • 5 tbsp raspberry jam
  • 125 g Snøfrisk® Natural
Here is how you do it

Heat the milk to 35 °C (lukewarm). Pour over the yeast and let stand for 2 minutes. Mix together with the rest of the ingredients to form a dough. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky. Allow the dough to rise for approx. 30 minutes, or until doubled in size. Roll into small balls, place on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment and allow the dough to rise again. Fry the balls of dough in either oil or shortening. Immediately transfer to a paper towel or dishtowel. Then roll in the sugar mixture and serve. Mix the Snøfrisk® and raspberry jam together and spray into the doughnuts.
