  • 180 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 125 g Snøfrisk® Natural
  • 1 lemon, juiced
Here is how you do it

Whisk together the flour, milk, and sugar in a bowl. Add the eggs at the end. Melt a little butter in a frying pan and add small amounts of batter to form small pancakes. Add a little sugar to the frying pan so a small amount of caramel forms. Mix the Snøfrisk® with lemon juice and whip until creamy, then season with vanilla and cinnamon to taste. Serve together with strawberry jam or apple butter.
