This lovely deconstructed cheesecake with Snøfrisk® is even better topped with crispy slivers of toast and a dusting of cinnamon.
Here is how you do it
Method: Snøfrisk® cream: Put the ingredients for the cream in a bowl and whisk to an airy consistency using a mixer. Chill before serving. Toast the bread in a toaster or under a grill. Place the toast and nuts in a blender and pulse to make crumbs.
Fry the crumbs in butter together with the sugar and cinnamon. Allow to cool. Layer the dessert in glasses or on four plates together with the cloudberries, cloudberry sauce and herbs.
Tip: Serve topped with crispy slivers of toast and a dusting of cinnamon.
