Pre-heat the oven to 180 - 200°C.
In a large bowl, mix the ketchup, garlic, sugar, chili sauce and soy sauce with the seasoning. Add the wings and toss thoroughly, so they’re fully coated with the sauce. Place in a roasting tray, ensuring they’re in one single layer and roast for around 40 mins, until cooked through and fully golden.
Whilst the wings are cooking, make the dip. Take one tub of Snøfrisk® and blend with the juice of a lime and a finely chopped garlic clove. Serve the wings with some chopped ginger and chilli, slices of spring onion and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
