Snøfrisk® Semi Hard Cheese is made from pasteurized goat’s milk, salt, microbial rennet and culture. This cheese has a character all its own and a fantastic taste that is pure, mild and rounded. It has a creamy consistency, but can also be easily cut and sliced. Each and every wheel of Snøfrisk® is carefully hand-painted with a protective natural white coating – a process that takes several days. The cheese is then matured for three months before being sent out for the world to enjoy. Snøfrisk® is incredibly versatile, but may be best enjoyed sliced on bread or with crackers or bagels. Try it marinated, as part of a cheeseboard, in salads, or on top of pasta. It is also great for cooking, particularly in a raclette or hot sandwiches or as an ingredient in sauces.
