Ingredients
  • 4 Servings

    Pizza dough:

  • 400 ml lukewarm water
  • 1 pack of yeast
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 12 dl plain flour
  • 250 g Snøfrisk® Original
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 1 l chanterelles
  • 2 tbsp butter (for frying)
  • Salt and pepper

    To serve:

  • Good-quality cured ham
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • Grated parmesan
  • Fresh thyme
Here is how you do it

Put the water and yeast into a bowl and whisk together with the olive oil and salt. Work in the flour to form a pliable dough. Leave to rise in a warm place for 30 mins. Divide the dough into four portions and roll them into balls. Leave to rise for 10 mins under a cloth. Heat the oven to 250 °C. Ideally use a pizza stone that you place in the bottom of the oven. Fry the chanterelles in the butter and season with salt and pepper. Roll the dough out into thin bases.

Whisk together the Snøfrisk® and sour cream and spread over the bases. Cook the pizzas for around 10 minutes or until they are nicely browned. Add the mushrooms and the other toppings to the pizzas while still hot.

Tip: If you can’t find chanterelles, other mushrooms can be used.
