Snøfrisk® semi-hard cheese

Snøfrisk® was launched during the Winter Olympic Games at Lillehammer in 1994. It is a mild goat's cheese with a fresh yet tangy taste.

Snøfrisk® is a white, unripened cream cheese which is easy to spread. The cheese is made from 80% goat's milk and 20% cow's cream, with only 1.5% salt added. It is available in a number of varieties, some of which have other delicious ingredients added, such as dill, horseradish, red onions & thyme and forest mushrooms.

Usage

Is a semi-hard ripened cheese with small round wholes made from 100% pasteurized full goat's milk. Its texture is pliable and sliceable. The cheese has a pure, slightly acidulous, mild, rich and characteristic taste.
