Colourful, satisfying and easy-to-prepare salad with smoked salmon and delicious Snøfrisk® cream cheese.
- 1 pack french beans
- 1 large iceberg lettuce
- 1 pack mixed salad leaves
- 200 ml olive oil
- 0,5 tub parsley
- 0,25 TL salt
- 0,25 TL pepper
- 400 g smoked salmon
- 1 bunch dill, small
- 125 g Snøfrisk® Dill or Snøfrisk® Natural
- 4 soft-boiled eggs
- 2 lemons, juice of
- 1 EL sorrel or fresh herbs
- Accompaniment bread rolls with butter
Salad with smoked salmon:
Cook the French beans in plenty of water until soft. Cool in cold water. Shred the iceberg lettuce as desired.
Toss the lettuce, mixed leaves and French beans with the olive oil, finely-chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Arrange on a large serving dish.
Cut the salmon into thin slices and add to the salad. Mix a little extra chopped dill (if desired) into the Snøfrisk® cheese. Add spoonfuls of Snøfrisk® to the salad. Top with the soft-boiled eggs, finely-chopped dill and lemon.
If you have sorrel available, use this to garnish.
Serve this tasty salad with freshly-baked bread rolls and butter.
